I want to take the time to thank iLock and also update my previous review of a tech that came out for service a couple weeks ago. The tech did get me back into my car and on the road providing me with keys but as things sometime unexpectedly happen, it just wasn't what I had anticipated. Nothing too serious just a misunderstanding. When I mentioned my concern to iLocks personnel and management team, they took the wheel and quickly made everything right. I appreciate this company for for-filling their promise. Darrel and Mark were not only very easy to work with but they were especially easy to talk to. These men were super happy to hear about my issue and to find ways to finalize my key job. They provided me with very good looking Keys that I am extremely happy with. I will surely call them back again. iLock made sure to take care of me as a customer. In fact Darrel was the one reaching out to me over and over again until my service was complete. He made me comfortable insuring they he could fit into my schedule before his own. Darrel, Mark and the team made things right just as they promised. Business and cost well spent! - My first hand experience - I do recommend using these guys for your needs.

I DON’T recommend this business for programming key fobs. I lost my key and needed a new one. One of their techs came to work on my car but could not program the computer (BCM body control module) on the spot and asked me if he could take it home to further work on it since he did not have a computer that could work with my vehicle’s BCM, I told him I wasn’t sure about it but he assured me that if anything happened he would be responsible for any further repairs. Since the BCM was already out of the vehicle, I agreed. The next day the tech contacted me and told me that he couldn't program the BCM and that he would put the car back together for me to send it to the dealer. My car was towed to the dealer where I found that this tech literally burned the BCM on my car. Before taking the car to the dealer, I asked the technician to fix it since he promised he would, and he texted me this QUOTE I can’t come i lose money go there and I doesn’t got paid, and I live in San Antonio, check battery of fuse or call machines see what the problem UNQUOTE. So far, I spent an EXTRA $900.00 on diagnostics, parts and labor to get the car working again plus the check engine light is on now. If you are having an issue with an electronic key fob, avoid places like this and bring your car to the dealer.

They don’t call back, instead of telling you right away that they don’t have technicians in the area they leave you waiting. 55 degrees outside and my kids and I are locked out, at least have the decency to say you cannot come not have us waiting for an imaginary person to call

I am really impressed with the service provided by Ali. He came on time as he said and programmed and copied the key on my 2007 Mini Cooper in a matter of minutes. Luckly I got the key from Amazon which was used by him. I recommend this guy to anyone.

Mark came by to help my new business vehicle get the cabinets re keyed. He was the only locksmith to take my job in the area and came quickly to do the estimate. iLocks took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. I had a lockbox on my door from a dog walking service that I needed to remove and I couldn't get it open to take it off. I had seen their car around so I called. The person who answered the phone was friendly and professional. The locksmith who came to my home was also friendly and professional, and removed my lock box in minutes. Highly recommend!

Called in cause we accidentally locked our keys inside. Was told 15 mins and they would be here got a call back 20 mins later saying it would be another 40 mins it’s 100 degrees outside and we have a baby. Called someone else and they got here at proper time. I do not recommend this company
